A Morning at the Farm

Aren’t these two just sweet as ever? Every time I see L’s face I just laugh because she is so darn cute! And big brother, well ... What a handsome man!!!! They were such troopers out on the farm, and we found lots of fun things to play on! I think their Momma and Grandma were worn out by the end of the shoot, but I had a ball. Wouldn’t you if you got to play all day too? :-) Look at that sweet pic of them together... Makes your heart melt, doesn’t it.

:-) Until next time...

I had the privilege to help Mrs. Jessie Graves with her marketing materials for her brand new line of adorable baby girl headbands... www.wherebabiesbloom.com! We had SOO much fun together, and she has just the sweetest spirit ever. I cannot wait to see the success of her business unravel, she is amazing! We will be using her line in our Sessions, and cannot wait to see some more of the images that come from those. One thing that astonished me... They fit NEWBORN thru ADULT!!!!! Now THAT is some major stretching! Spread the word about her business, and watch for more of her lines to come each season!

:-) Until next time...

Three Balls of Fire

Grandma called me early this Spring to see if I could do a session with her grandsons when they came home from Texas. We met one afternoon this summer, and these boys were ADORABLE to say the least!!!!! They kept me on my toes, but we had SO much fun! We ran, we chased, we tackled… well, I let them tackle each other – they would’ve knocked me over! HA HA! Anyways, I think we got some amazing images for Grandma – just what she was hoping for. Loved the outfits!!!

I must say that I’ve grown a little attached to this little guy even though I only see Mister J every couple months. I just adore his Mom and Dad, and always look forward to seeing how he’s grown. I’ve even found myself calculating in my head when his Mom will need her next pics of him because I can’t wait to see them! J This is the same little guy that you see on my website in the basket with blue… growing like a munchkin! Can’t wait to see you again, hugs!

You know I was going to end there, but typing the details above about Mister J made me realize something… my profession is absolutely priceless. What occupation can you truly say that you’ve watched a child grow from the beginning and into who they are? I find myself praying that I have the honor to capture these families all the way thru their children’s lives, as I just love them each to pieces. What an honor!!!!

Thank You Mommy & Daddy

This family was such a joy to work with, and boy were they troopers! It was a hot steamy day of around, oh 105, when we did this shoot. We ran around and made the most of it. The boys have a Mommy and Daddy that are in the service, and we were able to capture some very special images for their Daddy. They have a “daddy doll” which is an image of their Dad on a doll, and they can then hold him, give him kisses, etc – it was a very special moment for me. I’ve gotten to know the boys’ Mom pretty well since this time, and she is just a doll and is holding her head up high being a single Mom while Dad is overseas. I’m very proud of all that she does, as well as their Daddy too! We can’t wait until he comes home in October! J

Thanks so much for keeping our country safe, here at home and overseas! I look forward to many more fun shoots with your family, and oh – by the way, have a blast on your Honeymoon!!!!

What a great time!

We have been SO busy that I've allowed the blog to get behind, so sorry friends! The studio is going well, and we are getting things in order. I am going to play a little catch up over the next couple days with the help of my good friend, Jen, who has graciously offered to lend a hand. So... let's get started! This is Gage, and we had a blast to say the least! The evening was full of laughs, hysterical laughs, and some carseat shuffling! (Thank you Murphy's for being patient with us) I have thoroughly enjoyed meeting your family, and anxiously await the next Photo Session we have together!

Kale Gastler

Hey everyone! Well, I admit... I am a tad behind! But we are fabulously excited about having the Studio very close to being finished! We've had some exciting and fun laughs while doing the shoots that we have had there so far - we cannot wait for you to join us!!!

Today, I had the privilege to do Kale Gastler's indoor session. He brought in some pretty cool props, and to avoid spoiling it for everyone - I'll just show you a few of my favs! Kale is an amazing young man, and I think he has an exciting future ahead of him. Big dreams + Big goals = HUGE ACCOMPLISHMENTS!

Enjoy!
